Decisions. 💫 You could say I was pretty happy I turned right instead of left down the backroads when I come up to this view complementing the landscape so well. I could see the waves of light changing and forming and swirling into place above the empty road.
If you don’t take a chance, how will it ever come together? Taking a chance is what seeing and capturing the northern lights is all about. It’s that chance that fuels the drive, and when it comes together it makes all the failed attempts worth while.
Heading out last night, as I left cell service and all connection with the data for aurora forecasting, I didn’t know what to expect. I actually almost packed up and went home at one point and then it hit! Big! It was such an exciting moment!
